Robert S. Abelson, PhD is a CA Certified General RE Appraiser
& Appraiser's Qualification Board Certified USPAP Instructor.

I (Dr . Bob ) specialize in appraisals of commercial and residential real estate for estate tax/planning, litigation, financial reporting and for private party issues such as buyouts of one's interest in the real property or a market rent appraisal for either the landlord or the tenant.  I do valuations of undivided interests in real property. I  appraise  properties in Southern CA that includes the following counties (Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Kern and Ventura).  
 
 If I am unable to appraise your real property or other assets (personal property or business valuations) for whatever reason I will try and help you find a competent appraiser.
Company history
 
Robert Abelson PhD (Dr. Bob)  has been appraising commercial and residential properties in Southern CA since 1993.  Dr. Abelson has been teaching appraisal education courses since 1999.  He is an AQB Certified USPAP instructor.  He has taught at the CA Community Colleges, Acheson Appraisal Schools and Kaplan Professional Schools an dother private appraisal schools..  He guest lectures at UCLA Extension Real Estate Program and at the CA Community Colleges.  Dr. Bob has authored sections for both real estate appraisal and real estate sales licensing exams for Learning Express.  He is a co-author for the Apprasal Study Guide used at the CA Community Colleges.  He has reviewed several real estate text books for Dearborn Publications.
 
He teaches live course in USPAP, Appraisal Exam Prep for licensiing, Expert Witenss, Defensive Report Wrting, Appraiser Liabilty.  He soon will also be teaching distant education courses. thoughtout the United States.
